Should You Dust or Vacuum First?

these last few months.I thought it would be fun to let you peek in on the process every now and then and tell you about some of the different parts of the whole process. It really has been a huge learning experience for me and (I think) a really interesting little story.
And we’re not even halfway through the process yet!.So during my last “book-writing story” installment, I was telling you about.
all the stuff that happens before you even begin writing the book.
You think that’s it’s just a matter of deciding “Hmm, I think I’ll write a book” and then you just start typing away, but when you’re working with a publisher, there’s an amazing amount of back-and-forthing that happens before you ever put pen to paper, or characters to screen, as the case may be.Chris saw that they had a whole bunch of basic cabinetry in stock at our local Home Depot that he could just grab and toss in the back of his truck for about $100 per cabinet and I thought it was a great idea!.
But.. We’d just finished working on Jack’s nursery for the last year or so and I didn’t want to start on any big projects. So I said we could do it, but we really should just put the cabinets up, power through it, and be done in like 2 weeks.
Famous last words, of course.. Chris actually got the old shelving ripped out and the new cabinets up in about 24 hours, which was an awesome start to the project. But then it was all the little details like adding in the little wood countertop, trimming things out, and painting all the cabinets that feel like they took forever, as usual.
